there is a reason why the oil companies are not demanding more leases. You do know that all the foreign rigs and most of the domestic rigs are rented into the forseeable future. Yes - because they are in fruitless or tapped out areas. If they're rented out (rigs) and oil exploration is approved more american jobs to build them and an entire industry will grow - creating 1000's and 1000's of high paying jobs - a socialist democrat nightmare - people that don't need a government check.
