Drilling in ANWR would lower the price of gas by 2 cents a gallon in 20 years at peak production. No one can possibly calculate that. I'm sure its based on some static analsyis and has an assumption ANWR will add X and price elasticity is Y. Things aren't going to be static. Even if we knew X and Y above. Prudhoe Bay production is in decline.
