I just found that. I was looking for an earlier one, cuz we had sent reps over there a few years ago. We're in a good spot, not only because we have the access but because we've been working on energy since '72. We never stopped, and, as a result, we've held our per capita electric use constant.. If Detroit hadn't fought our emission standards, it might not be going belly up. We're the 6th largest world economy, "only" 12th in GHG emissions. Texas is 7th dirtiest; don't know where their economy ranks, but I'm pretty sure you need a microscope to find it.
