This is such a common but unacceptable error, confusing a decline in rate of increase with a decline simpliciter. Elementary. It's even worse since the decline-in-rate-of-increase may be entirely seasonal, and since the growth rate is still very healthy. At least current AMAT buyers will be winners as a result.
