I also don't plan to go to the congress. What I am surprised is that the only thing they hype is shorting and short results. It's as if shorting is now the mainstream or the bleeding edge of the value investing. Some smart people made money on it (including Mike Burry), but I believe that it will end up badly for most shorters at some point.
