tonto, we have worked with the oil companies. During the past 20 years, the federal government has approved an ever increasing number of leases and permits for drilling every year to the point the oil companies have 8,000 leases covering 68 million acres in which no drilling is being done. When they drill on what they have, they can come back and ask for more.
