Bill, no, I don't spend too much time on line. Why do you say that? Actually, the performance estimates from HP were mailed into my work, I didn't get them online. Surprisingly, the brochure they were in is over one year old. Paul Engel over on the Intel thread thinks Merced's architecture and design have been completed for a while, based on some ISVs getting started doing their software for it. Maybe he is right. Maybe it will be earlier rather than later in 1999 when it starts shipping. Maybe SUNW went down today because of Merced disclosures (I know their earnings didn't meet the street's expectations and that is what everyone is blaming SUNW's tanking about). Three maybes is enough. Tony
