I'm not one who believes that a candidate should never change his mind about anything. For example, McCain's change in stance with respect to off-shore oil drilling would seem to be a response to changing conditions, as opposed to just flip-flopping for the purpose of pandering.

However, the bulk of the examples in that post really do seem to be pandering.

The man is going to have to rename his bus - The Double Talk Express.
