Huh. I don't get this. Who are the anti-evolutionists he is referring to? Some people who are educated criticise theorists for saying evolution explains how you can get life from non-life or for saying you can an entirely new species from adaptation and mutation. I don't consider those skeptics as being anti-evolutionists. Every educated person knows about adaptation and mutation.
