I think most people miss the fact that each individual operating unit of BWEN is profitable, but the corporate SG&A and what not is forcing them to operate at a loss. This is going to happen any time a company goes from just one company to buying 4 more in 9 months. When its all said and done, they'll be operating profitably. However, they probably still have costs associated with moving headquarters, etc... They are also adding capacity like mad and this has upfront costs.

If you look back through all the SEC filings, you'll see they made wise choices in what they bought, now they just have to put it all together and unfortunately it has taken a tremendous amount of up front capital.
