GULF PRODUCTION MONITOR: June 19, 2008 Independence Hub production rebounded in yesterday's I2 cycle to 879 MMcf/d and is flat today but down from the 944 MMcf/d seen Monday. Total Gulf production stands at 11.5 Bcf/d, or about 0.3 Bcf/d less than the March average. Some of the more significant declines have been seen on NGPL (down to 200 MMcf/d from more than 400 MMcf/d late last month) and Sea Robin (down about 100 MMcf/d over the last three months). Nautilus volumes are up today. Manta Ray is expected to end maintenance next week.

US POWER - GAS BURN REPORT: June 19, 2008 US power burn falls to 17.5 Bcf today, an 800 MMcf decline from yesterday and about 5 Bcf below the monthly average for June to date. The Northeast continues to shed weight, falling nearly 0.5 Bcf today. The forecast shows burn jumping back above 20 Bcf by Saturday, 6/21. Updated featured analysis on the bottom of page 3. Burn for the week ending 6/19 is forecasted as 138 Bcf.
