The problems were created by democrats and bush admin. At least be fair and go that far. I know the Dems had something to do with it; I'm not sure what Bush can be blamed for but I'm open to the idea he could have done more. The reality, of course, is that he has had his hands full with more pressing issues. Now, this issue is pressing, and he's trying to build a fire under them.
