I do not know, but our weak dollar tells the tale. Our country is being bought up by by these countries we owe 7 trillion too. Europes GDP is larger than ours and their currency is worth double ours. So they and the Chinese (almost all asian currecies are stronger than ours) and the middle east are buying up our country at .10 on the dollar. Bush sr was smart. Our allies paid for almost the entire first gulf war. And he did not invade Bahgdad becasue he saw it as a trap. there is a precient video of cheney explaining exactly why bush sr did not invade. I do beleive we should be supporting our troops much more than we are! One of the reasons the south lost the war was because Lee made terrible mistakes at Gettysburg, like his orders to Hood and Pickets charge. Longstreet saw his mistakes but remained quiet. McCain just said rumsfeld will go down as one of the worst defense secretary's in our history.
