A preliminary proxy was filed today announcing Dec. 14 as the day for shareholder meeting. Co. approximates net proceeds to the company after all debts and taxes are paid to be $35 million. With at most 6.5 million shares outstanding that translates to about $5.40 per share in cash. Adding in the company's stake in HAHO, network and affiliates, and proceeds from the upcoming lawsuit gives you at least $7 per share in net worth. Mike
