LIAR. GW Bush definitely evaded service in Vietnam using his father's clout. That's all Rather's story was about. That is obvious to anyhone who was alive in 1969. If GW's name weren't nbot Bush he would not have even been able to get into the Air Guard, which was a champagne unit for rich kids mainly, to evade actual combat. Shame on you for defending a coward an liar against one of our greatest and most honest journalists. Rather was not afraid to go to combat in Nam. He was known for his frontlines coverage.
