Yup, 5000 or so leases already not being used...what does that mean?...not enough seismic testing done or maybe not enough skilled people or maybe the oil companies using their tax breaks and windfall profits to buy back stock or etc.,...Yup, open up ANWR. They will just take some rigs from the Gulf and fly them up there.

But then...ANWR is currently off limits but all one hears are those grand estimates of Bns upon Bns barrels of oil there...did somebody do some seismic testing on areas that are not open for exploration? Tsk, tsk.
