the chinese and the indian inflation is now double digit..indian story driven by loose monetary policy/credit orgy triggered by exchange peg has now come to roost w/ ~11% inflation as reported today.
This will reverse the 4 yrs of capital inflows from FII that saw every ram-mohammad-watabode's boat floating up. This also led to all kinda of wall street pimps/shylocks to swear by emerging market..
That story, my friends, is toast.
