"That's a tiny fraction of the surface stations, and of course they are going to photo "clean" sites, as they are promoting themselves."

That's a comprehensive look at all the monitoring sites used in that data set. It's a photo of every single one. Yes, there are other sites used by different agencies, but the trends found in rural sites corresponds and validate those found elsewhere. Please feel free to post a picture of a thermometer sitting behind a car exhaust and say "the data is all wrong!", lol.

You claim that the majority of climate scientist are just liars (as in, "They would lose their funding if they brooked the party line"). Now you say that the government is lying about the monitoring sites in order to promote themselves.

At what point do you stop and say, "Maybe it's not a giant conspiracy after all?" Can you ever see yourself saying "Perhaps me, Exxon, and a few other dedicated bloggers are biased?" Have you ever reflected that "There is something kinda strange about posting a graph of a few years of data and choosing a start period that is the highest on record... maybe something misleading about that" Or could you ever see yourself saying "Maybe the majority of the climate scientists are not money grubbing liars?"
