Harry, Jules, All,

In the conference call Intel explicitly declined to give guidance for 1998, and yet PW and ML have lowered '98 estimates by more than 25%. H&Q has held close to it's prior estimate, I don't know about the other houses.

This is a significant threat to Intel's stock price through the rest of 1997, can anyone explain on what basis they are making these projections, is there something we don't know?
