Honda, Toyota, Nissan do pay health insurance for their US employees.

But not in their home countries with national health insurance. And here they have a much younger work force, and don't have the legacy health benefits of the "big 3". Makes it tough to compete.

So you're saying that its all about health insurance? That's what has caused American car companies to not be successful in the marketplace?
