JT, I watch the long bond and divergences between it and the market. Short-term anything could derail the market, just say "boo!". Mid and long-term are there any real problems? As for SOX, stocks like AMAT, NVLS, TXN have tripled in a year, and INTC doubled. The 10 percent corrections are not worth worrying about. It is time for classic Fib retracements to occur before the final leg up for the semis during this recovery cycle. At 1/3 retracement down I shall monitor selected semis for put selling and taking partial long positions. Plan to take incremental long positions at 1/3, 1/2, 2/3 retracements. INTC has done a 1/3 retracement already of its last bull run. What do you think?
