I really meant to coment on Luie N. and how I think he makes up the Alpha/beta line and uses IBD rankings and Float for his decisions. Henry Brookins started a model portfolio 20 may at $100,000 and Oct 7 had $186,530.25 using a mix of canslim and basic TA. Maybe He has got a good system.
