Random - Don't get me wrong. I'm with you on this. We need a Manhattan project just like Bob says. If solar can make a significant contribution the I'm all for it. Who wouldn't be and what's the down side? None I can see. Regarding the recent entry of Intel into the Solar Cell market, this may be significant. They may be bringing some technology to the table that nobody else has or if not technology then perhaps manufacturing efficiency. It bears watching.
