DGLY Financial Outlook Statements:

After receiving largest order to date (1000 DVM-500 from international customer):

“An expanding number of countries have been testing our DVM-500 systems, and we are very pleased that the quality, dependability and user-friendly aspects of the product have led this law enforcement agency to re-order multiple times in order to expand its deployment of the systems in the field.”

After receiving Best Law Enforcement Technology Award:

“We are very honored and proud that our DVM-500 was selected as ‘Best in Show’ for law enforcement technology products at this conference,” continued Ross. “This represents yet another testimonial to the growing acceptance that we are experiencing with the DVM-500 in the global law enforcement market.”

After Arkansas renewed and placed additional orders:

“The renewal of the Arkansas contract illustrates the manner in which many of our customers submit follow-on orders after their law enforcement officers have an opportunity to work with the DVM-500 systems in the field,” stated Stanton E. Ross, Chief Executive Officer of Digital Ally, Inc.
“In addition to the 45 new DVM-500 systems that were ordered at the time of contract renewal, the Arkansas State Police has submitted a purchase order for seven (7) DVF-500 Digital Flashlight Systems for testing by its special Criminal Patrol Division. The DVF-500 extends the ability of law enforcement officers to document criminal activities and evidence discovery through video and audio recording well beyond the location of their vehicles. We consider the decision by the Arkansas State Police to evaluate a number of DVF-500s a very encouraging sign.”

New Product Order Expectations - DVM-250 PRO:

In the aggregate, we believe the market for event recorders in the transportation industry is larger than the law enforcement market that we have targeted so successfully with our DVM-500. We anticipate that Digital Ally will begin delivering DVM-250 Pro systems to customers in the third quarter of 2008.”
