Just the headline. Its an irrelevant issue. You're apparently too dumb to realize it. Probably why you're a liberal. Why is it irrelevant? Deciding to begin leasing today wouldn't result in drilling new areas for years - so a current tight rig/drillship market is irrelevant. By then new rigs and drillship will h/b made. --------------- The OCS leasing ban (covering the west coast, east coast and eastern GOM) is intended to prevent any drilling there ever. No matter what resources may be there. No matter what gasoline prices are.
