Yeah, but when the sales don't produce any profit, and are in general decline, what does a cheap valuation matter? You can buy OVTI at 0.65x sales, and they are making money, and growing like a weed. Why would you buy JAVA instead of OVTI?

JAVA is a slowly dying tech company. For that type, valuation is low and will remain low, forever.
