3RD QUARTER numbers will be VERY ROBUST.

PREVIOUSLY recovery rates exceeding 92% were being reported, with head grades between 1-and-1.4 percent.

Over the past several weeks, head grades have averaged 2.25%.

Year-to-date (15May 08), nine complete shipments of moly concentrate totaling 308,362 dry pounds of concentrates have been produced. Milling operations continue to exceed expectations with recoveries averaging 92%.

Year-to-date (16 June) we sold twelve lots of molybdenum concentrate, a 50% increase in the production rate compared to the same period in 2007.

We produced 3 Lots from May 15 to 16 June…………….

AWESOME………

IF we averaged out a little better than 2 Lots per month at between 1- 1.4 pct head grades and we are at 2.25% NOW then we are in the 3-4 Lot realm NOW....

WITH DEVELOPMENT WORK ALMOST OUT OF THE WAY, WE WILL BE ABLE TO CONCENTRATE on the head grades and quality control of the ore mix coming out of the mine and going into the mill.........

IF this trend continues 3RD QUARTER numbers will be VERY ROBUST.
