How much will it cost for electricity alone for such a car to travel 100 miles? Assuming the grid will support the charge. Will more coal, nuclear or natural gas be used to generate more electricity? Will CA allow more of those plants to be built? And how long is such an electric car scheduled to 'live'? ie. how many miles will it travel before it wears out?
