Bill Clinton couldn't win an electoral vote in Utah if he was the only candidate for president.

So I concede this as a brilliant political move, rewarding his friend while sticking it to his enemies, in one masterful stroke.

But time has way of wounding all heels. Bill may have done Utah a great favor. I predict that coal WILL come out of the ground some day and its value may be multiples of what it would have been.
