ISSI took a hit yesterday, which makes little sense to me since it is
already way down. Was this a case of bad news (e.g., were people
expecting better news) or perhaps selling on good news?

And where do you think the bottom is for ISSI. I was thinking of
averaging down when the price drops into the 7's range. Or should I
just hold (or sell)?
