I appreciate you comment. But I still believe that Lewis Schiller could make the decision at any time he chooses to "reverse-split" COTG, and since he has control of the "board", he could pass such a resolution, and reverse-split the stock anytime he wants, but...I really don't believe that he, or any other COTG shareholder, has anything to gain by a reverse-split of COTG. I have pretty much never seen anyone benifit from a reverse-split, for what ever reason they rationalize for having done the reverse.

Lewis Shiller gets picked on a lot on this and other BB's...by people that don't really know what they are talking about. Schiller is a very smart man. I think he has been around too long to fall for the big mistake of a "reverse-split" the stock.
