Currently, our gas is $4.50+/gal, and I think the example that was used in your info was $3.50, and didn't count the cost of the battery. It would be great if the cost was about $2.-$2.50/gal, but we won't know the cost of electricity until it sorts itself out. Nor do we know yet how long the battery charge will last and how long it will take to recharge it. You certainly won't want to drive it too far on a trip, and then be unable to find a place that can recharge it...

FOX had something today on info that the US is helping to subsidize the EU energy/gas..... Only heard something but no where near enough to be able to know about it....

Did anyone hear that program?
