Yes--when either party controls the WH and both the Senate and the House--things go to hell in a handbasket fast.

AND even if Obama would like to resist--he won't be able to if the legislative branch has the vote (he'll also owe all of these people who helped get the WH).

So the best possbile scenario is for the Republicans to retain at least 41 votes in the Senate--then they can do the heavy lifting for Obama.
