Listen, my dear--re BAY--this is you at your most insufferable

You are the consummate trader but you do have a remarkable capacity for shading things, quite apart from being insufferable.

Now as Joe Friday would say: "Just the facts Sir"--so here goes......

You told me to get out of Bay at 31 on the way up and I did not

You then told me that it would not go past 36 and it did

Then when it was trading at 41 you told me that it looked incredibly strong and that it wanted to go higher and then it began to falter.

What I will acknowledge is that when it dipped below 40 you were concerned and I was not.

But you are being rather selective about your recommendations--and I am not one to normally call you on this sort of thing especially as it relates to private communications --but it does add insult to injury when you shade the facts after I've had to see one my larger positions take a hit.

As for the valuation vis a vis CSCO, the first time you mentioned this was after this analyst mentioned it today.

Now do I wish that I had exited at 41+--absolutely!! But let me see--if I sold out tomorrow at 35, I'd still be ahead of what you initially advised me to do -- which was to exit at 31. Hmmm, now did I do the right thing or not??

See how different things look when all the pieces are laid out??

And yes, I'll leave it to you and Nancy to figure out who said what about the funds liquidating positions and taking profits before the end of October.

Now smile, luv.
