Rhonda told me on the phone a week ago that the LACC process patents were sold to Americhip years ago. And they are not stupid enough to only rely on Rutkowski's knowledge to depend on. She said there are people there that can move this process forward. She was basically saying Rutkowski is no longer needed. And they will do just fine without him.
