Koan: I guess in middle tennessee we are just not seeing it. Real estate prices are actually up yoy (although inventory is as well). Houses that are reasonably priced (still 500k) in decent areas sell in less then 1 month. Loans seem to be easy to get. Do you think the credit contraction is market specific ? thanks
