I thnk this is jsut the beginning Dave. Oil $135 tonight even with the Saudi comments about raising production. What I have read is they only have high sulfer heavy oil available (2 million barrels a day) and not enough refineries to take it. 10 million now plus 2 million makes the 12 million they are talking about I think they are jawboning.
