I would gladly vote for a black man. For an atheist or a Jew. No problem. But until such time as a Muslim can convince me that he has America's interests at the top of his list, he's out from my POV -- and I believe, from the POV of the vast majority of Americans (regardless of what they might say).

I don't care how many Americans are behind you.....they are the same people who put Japanese Americans into internment camps. You are people are afraid of your shadow and can't discern between good and bad.

Besides, nearly everything you say in your post is unAmerican and violates the spirit and the intent of the Constitution. For that, you should be ashamed.

There are a lot of good Muslims in this country and there are a lot of bad Christians.

No doubt. But a Muslim as a presidential candidate would be a non-starter because it would be very difficult to establish his loyalty.

That is insane......did we keep German Americans, born in this country, from running for office when Hitler was in power? Did we keep Russian Americans, born here, from running for office when we had the Cold War? The answer is 'No' to both those questions. However, we locked up Japanese Americans who were born here. Why? Think about it. Maybe then you will figure out the difference between good sense and racial bias. From where I am sitting, you seem confused about that difference.
