I would appreciate it if you could reply to this comment on my blog. globaleconomicanalysis.blogspot.com As one who did the bulk of the analysis for a successful anti-dumping action back in the '80s, working closely with the attorneys, I can say with more than a little authority that John Gault's quote some ways above from the ITC website is correct, and that the claim by "AJ from Silicon Investor" that "... the US method involves evaluating what the product should cost to manufacture here, and applying the difference as a dumping duty." is utterly wrong. Mish has really failed in the due diligence department to have swallowed "AJ's" ignorant rant whole. Mish
