Well, I suspect that the selling was due to people that were not happy about the potential for the reverse coming up. In my opinion, this company is worth the current price alone as a shell. By shaking out naked shorters, the price might actually go up in spite of things. Since I'm in at .10, it is too late for me to sell at this point. I might as well hold and see what happens.
Also, some companies actually go up in price with a reverse, but usually, they are profitable and the reverse raises the price high enough to get them a more favorable listing in the markets (Small Cap or Nasdaq National Market). Java is barely profitable, plus the reverse will not raise the price high enough to have a major impact. So, will the reverse cause the price to go up? Who knows, but any price appreciation will not be realized if you are sitting on the sidelines.

Regards,
Darrell
