Normally, China would just steal the technology as the Eurocrats are doing to MSFT and planning to do with Qualcomm. <The Chinese version is still CDMA and royalties are due QCOM. > They lack appreciation and see things as stuff to grab, snatch and take. A Kiwi taught them the idea of Gung Ho [Rewi Alley]. They are slow learners. I have a copy of a booklet from Rewi Alley with his signature. I should auction it on eBay as I don't really want it.
