True. Very true. I picked on GEMS because I've been following them for quite a while. At less than $16 per share, they could have a mediocre earnings report, and GO UP! This is only the second option that I've played in the last 6 months. I just felt that the infrastructure business is in a slowdown and wanted a way to play it.
