(the "Company") is conducting a private placement of shares of the Company's common stock to a limited number of accredited investors (the "Private Placement"). Although the period during which the Company is offering its shares in connection with the Private Placement has expired, the Company has not yet closed the transaction. The gross proceeds derived from the Private Placement are anticipated to be between $20 and $25 million. The Company expects to use a portion of the proceeds in connection with a planned joint venture with Invenergy Wind LLC to perform engineering, procurement and construction services for wind energy generating facilities, with the remaining proceeds to be used by the Company for general corporate purposes. biz.yahoo.com
