RE: CPQ

<Step by step, inch by inch.>

Yup, I can taste that Stella as I write this ;O)

CPQ hasn't broken the low of last week so let's keep our eye on the $4 level.

Here's a worthy post from The Rock:

This week for Canplats

At last count ,over 70 RC drill assays have been reported from Repressa and the resource continues to be expanded on the SW and NE.

Four drills continue to delineate and test for extensions of the Represa Zone mineralization along strike and to depth.

Recently, the Company announced plans to replace one reverse circulation drill rig with an additional diamond drill when it becomes available.
Infill drilling of the oxide zone at Repressa will continue , pursuant of a 43-101, and should increase average grades.

My best estimates of the oxide zone at Repressa are 600 m in length, 350 m wide and 200 m deep , with a SG of about 2.6.
Average grades are verging on 0.80 gms/ton gold and about 14 gms/ton silver.

Those numbers define an oxide resource at Repressa of about 110 million tons, containing about 2.8 million oz of gold and about 50 million oz of silver or about 3.75 million oz of gold equivalent.

Below this level at Repressa ,and yet to be fully defined, is a mixed oxide/sulphide resource extending from 200 m to 400 m and below that to at least 700 m ,there is a known but not yet fully defined sulphide resource with significant recoverable base metals.

DD drill results todate suggest that the sub200 m at Repressa could double the topside oxide resource.

West of Repressa, recent drilling has discovered a high grade sulphide resource that extends at least 250 m in lenght , about 350 m in width and about 400 m in average depth.

Should infill drilling confirm mineralization continuity ( as it has in the few drill results todate ) within this zone extension , another 3 million oz of gold and another 50 million oz of silver along with significant recoverable base metals can be added to the discovered resources todate.

This zone remains open. Importantly, there is an undrilled 800 m extension of this zone , westwards towards Don Julio where 2 DD drills are drilling continously.

Should both Don Julio and the undrilled area 800 m eastwards towards Repressa ( and CRD-9 ) be found to be mineralized, then Canplats Camino discovery will move from the world-class to monster level that could dwarf even Penasquito.

Come on with those results..
