Randall/All: A BIG development has taken place today that was a rumor as of yesterday. Us little people usually do not become aware of these type things until they actually happen. But because you have moi you'll find out about it before the rest of the lemmings hear about it from their brokers <g>. I believe this development points to what is currently taking place in the market and points to yesterdays strong volume. With this development I also am of the opinion that ISGI's days of trading under $1.00 per share will finally be over once and for all and TODAY might be the last chance to buy shares at these depressed levels. I just got off the phone with a friend of mine who is heavy into ISGI. He just spoke to the head trader at a firm who has been making a market in ISGI. This trader has informed him that PAINEWEBBER SECURITIES (PWJC) has filed with the necessary regulatory bodies to start to make a market in ISGI. This just showed up TODAY on the InstaNet machine that MM's use to "log-on" to start to make a market in any particular stock. PWJC was not filed yesterday, they showed up today. The way it usually works is that once they file their application, 24 hours later they will show up on the box as a marketmaker. This is HUGE news for us ISGI shareholders and speaks volumes about what is about to start taking place with the stock and this company. I have always maintained that it would only be a matter of time before the BIG BOYS would start to show up because of TWT. PaineWebber people. Why would they be getting involved down here under a buck if they did not feel that the stock is heading higher? I also heard today that this is just the start and other large firms will be coming on as well. I'm hearing that next week should be a good one. I'll be back later with more commentary. It looks like our patience is going to start paying some dividends. John
