That's because they are a pink sheet stock.

Ran into the same with another pink with them.

Clue: Once you are in with a pink with them, you can sell when you want. That doesn't necessarily mean your sell price will be what you want.

There is likely a better company to trade pink stocks with but I don't know what co. that is.
