It really doesn’t matter if it’s Ken or Marc, I personally don’t have any confidence in Marc and he brought Ken into the company. And, since Ken just got there, one would think that Marc still has some influence as the Chairman, right?

Additionally, Ken seems to be connected to Tony Boyden and Rhonda Windsor, from what I have read elsewhere, whose companies were given millions of shares of stock for “consulting” – see what I mean?! Furthermore, check out Ken’s company in Canada: MCCI. Not doing very well is it? And this is our savior? It is for these reasons that I have no confidence in Ken Mann either.

We do know that Ed Rutkowski, Tom Schwanitz and William Donavan voted Marc out…but they weren’t there long enough for us to find out why! Talk about change! I am speculating that they must have had good reasons to get rid of the people who were unfit to run this company and want to turn the LACC process into the resounding success that we have all been waiting on for many years. It seems the only possibility for real change is the upcoming shareholder meeting where we will finally have the opportunity to get some answers to so many pressing questions!

If you want to understand where I am coming from when I say NOTHING HAS CHANGED, just read the GM and Ford PO PRs from two years ago! They sound like done deals don’t they? Speaking of Gaskins, if you really want to have a blast from the past, listen to Marc’s interview with Gaskins after the KSI purchase. Take notes, because there are so many seemingly firm statements (disclaimers not-with-standing) that have never happened that you will surely lose track! (Hint: Pay close attention to the statements regarding aircraft parts…has anyone ever heard anything in the last year about aircraft parts? (Supposedly 35% of Americhip's future business!) The cash flow comments re: KSI makes you wonder why the company has diluted the stock so significantly since then and taken a R/S that was extremely detrimental to the shareholders. Make sure you listen to the very end about “Management, management, management"…is Kevin Losh still there? Who knows? We know Rossman is gone, but we sure don’t know why!)

The more things “change”, the more they stay the same…
