According to the recent letter to the shareholders, Marc Walther states that a “demonstratable” of the oil pipe technology is being built at Americhip that is a “self contained machine” which “will be available by mid 2008”. (Not should, not might, but will be available by mid 2008 – which is right about now.) Well, if Americhip doesn’t need Rutkowski, then they surely must be able to show us the demonstratable! (Or at least give us an update on the status of this important project.) I mean they wouldn’t be stupid enough to get rid of Mr. Rutkowski before having completed that would they? According to your conversation with Rhonda, she says "there are people that can move this process forward". Great! Who are those "people"? The founder of LACC has been removed. IMHO, asking who is heading up the technology now is a very legitimate and important question for shareholders to know. It's why we invested in the first place, isn't it?
