Simply put, I’m a long-term investor in this company for years. Unfortunately, believing the PRs has cost me (and many shareholders) dearly. I have read the boards during that time without participating. The recent posts have shed some light on this company that leads me to believe (IMHO) that Marc has duped the shareholders. (The recent tally of shares going to RW and TB in ’04 really demonstrates this.) I have asked several times who at Americhip is in charge now of the technology since Mr. Rutkowsi was let go. (I have not stated that he is the only person alive who understands applying lasers to metal.) Since no PR has ever told us who is replacing Mr. Rutkowski (Marc’s CTO title is just that), it is legitimate to wonder how the current “management” team will get the job done! Hence it is not slanderous IMHO to ask who is in charge of applying the LACC process at Americhip – so far there has been no answer to that vital question. After all, we all invested in the LACC process, so that is truly the most critical question of all at this point.

Who owns the patent is immaterial because they will expire very shortly. (According to another post, Rhonda has indicated that Americhip owns the patent rights now; it’s a good thing one can believe everything she says!) The real question is: what is the status of the oil pipe technology! That is by far the mother load at Americhip, but can they get there without Mr. Rutkowski? Hearing that they don’t need Rutkowski doesn’t answer that question either. Since he has all of those shares, I say let’s pile our shares in with Mr. Rutkowski at the shareholder’s meeting, because (IMHO) he is the golden goose!
