I don't know about that particular list of "scientists" who are

decrying "the unsupported assumption that catastrophic global warming follows from the burning of fossil fuels and requires immediate action."

I do know that other such lists have been exposed as absurd.

But more than that--yes, there is still some dispute about the extent and the timing of the damage that climate change will wrought. There is little dispute about the fact that burning fossil fuels causes more CO2 in the atmosphere, that CO2 is a GHG, GHGs lead to global warming, and the warming will have numerous consequences. Some people apparently still think that those consequences may not be, on balance, all that bad, at least not soon enough to matter to people alive today. On the other hand, virtually every professional society whose members study one or another facet of climate change agrees that that it is dangerous and should be halted as soon as possible.
